Returns & Refunds
At Ink, Angst & Orders, all sales are fulfilled through our curated network of suppliers. Please review the category-specific terms below before making a purchase.
Books & Journals Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items only. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence of the damage or error.
Crystals, Art Prints & Fragile Decor Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for items damaged in transit only. Photo or video evidence of damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. We cannot accept returns for items damaged after receipt.
Stickers & Paper Goods Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items that have been removed from packaging are final sale.
All Categories
- We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind outside the above windows.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving confirmation from our supplier.
